WOW WOW WOW! Amazing stay thanks to Nur and Yasar!. Such an amazing hotel! Location, rooms, breakfast, view from rooftop, and sitting areas off the lobby. What made our stay absolutely top notch was the kindness and attentive hospitality delivered by Nur. She was always pleasant, made sure to greet us whenever we came down or entered, and she was a wealth of information and history! Nur shared awesome restaurant recommendations and even took the time to make us Turkish coffee, the old school Ottoman style, all while sharing the history of Istanbul. Very rare to get such amazing customer service these days. Nur is a model for all in the hospitality industry and by far the gem of this Hotel. Nur is one of the best hospitality professionals we have ever encountered in our journeys around the world! Yasar made sure our rooms were clean and fully stocked, and did a great job each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful space. 10 out of 10!. .

Wonderful!. Cem and another gentleman I forgot his name at the front desk are wonderful. The cleaning staff are excellent. The location is superb. We had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant manager Aram and waiter Taner they are super nice and provide excellent service at breakfast every morning. We are happy with our stay and recommend to everyone visiting Istanbul.. .
