From the time we arrived until we departed. 1st class service by all a special mention to Marta on front desk for such a. Its simplicity, quirky and clean lines. Location, not n walking distance to attractions. The bar menu could be a little larger in print as a bit of a surprise to have a small plate of ham for 31€ not what I expected. But was nice nevertheless..

A few things to work on.. The staff appear to be very polite but apparently, some of them are not very helpful.
The hotel has Impressive cleanliness and glass exterior walls.
We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. After checking in our room and finding no iron, on our way back from dinner, I ask the bell man to deliver an iron and ironing board. I was told it would come in about 20 minutes. We waited all evening and it never arrived.
The next day I asked for the iron again on our way in from dinner with the same results.
Day 3 we needed to have the thermostat changed from cooling to heating and that was never completed to our satisfaction so we uncomfortably cold.. .
