Superb. The hotel is located in nice area with spacious room. I got a twin room with balcony, so very appropriate this. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had taxi to airport from the hotel, so very convenient.. .

Passable. The location was great, and the breakfast was excellent. I found the front desk could have been more friendly.. The hotel was very run down. The rooms needed to be upgraded. Old furniture and basic. The hotel was quite expensive. It felt like staying at a low-end 3-star hotel. For 275 Euros a night I would have expected more..

Small but nice hotel. Was a fairly small Hilton however had everything needed for a decent stay. Location was ok though not directly in the centre. The rooms were modern but the bathroom felt like it could be updated. Quite expensive for what it is but in Rome all hotels are expensive so this would probably actually be seen as a good price for the grade of hotel. Staff were nice and breakfast had a lot of choices.. .

Great place to stay in Rome and avoid the tourist swarms. My wife and I spent a week at the Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge. Excellent hotel. The reception staff--Giulia, Meghan, others -- and the dining and bar staff were superb, very friendly, attentive, helpful, kind. The room had two extremely comfortable and large twin beds. Breakfast was plentiful. The location in the Parioli residential district was perfect. Far from the tourist swarms, with convenient public transportation to the main sites. Good nearby restaurants, cafes, and enotecas. Wonderful place to just walk around. All in all highly recommended for business or pleasure stays. One small quibble-could use more storage space in the room and coat hooks. Business travelers won't need more but longer stay tourists do. Otherwise. .
