Friendly and professional personnel, well decorated rooms and nice location.. The rooms were very well decorated, it was spacious, the bathroom, toilette were all very nice. Everything in the room was functioning as they were supposed to.. One minor issue was the mold or humidity smell that we were getting when we enter the room. But again, this was a minor issue and it will not shadow the positives of this otel..

Great Location. We stayed at the Major Hotel a couple nights before leaving on a cruise ship. The location was great, we could walk to most major Roman tourist hot spots. The room and especially the bathroom were really incredible and modern. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and provided great customer service. Only gripe was that the elevator was pretty small and only fit two people. If you were on a higher floor you had to sometimes wait but not that big of a deal overall.. .

Mixed Experience at The Major, Rome. I recently stayed at The Major in Rome and had a mixed experience. Pros: - The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to other key landmarks, which was very convenient. - The modern interior design is a highlight. The decor is sleek and contemporary, giving the hotel a stylish feel. -The staff were incredibly friendly. Cons: Unfortunately, the issues I encountered detracted from the experience: - The breakfast bar was a big disappointment. It was nowhere near what was advertised in the photos online—very limited options. - The rooms are much smaller than expected, with limited space to unpack or move around. It felt more like a budget hotel room than what I had anticipated for the price. - The TVs were essentially unusable, as they struggled to get any signal at all. - The shower was frustrating—barely any warm water, and it seemed to lose pressure constantly. This made getting ready in the mornings a challenge. In its current state, The Major feels more like a Premier Inn with a modern facelift than a high-quality hotel. While I appreciated the aesthetics, basic amenities like a functional shower, a comfortable room size, and a decent breakfast should be a given for the price point. Without addressing these issues, I currently wouldn’t recommend the hotel.. .

Exceptional. The Hotel Major was a beautiful Hotel very comfortable stay short walking distance to colosseum will definitely be back 😃. .
