Beautiful hotel, close to everything. We spent two nights here, and it was a great experience. We were welcomed with pomegranate tea and refreshing lavender towels. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location is ideal for visiting the major historical sites if the city. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. They genuinely seemed to want you to have a wonderful stay. We plan to come back to Istanbul for a longer visit, and we will stay here again!. .

Friendly. People in the hotel were very friendly. Lovely to go in old town and visit the sightseeings. Everything walking distance from the hotel. Hotel room was very clean. Will come back in the future if we are going to Istanbul. Help with transfer to airport was nice.. .

Great. As I am gluten free I was very well catered for at breakfast. Hotel is so close to all the main attractions. Staff are so helpful. Got a late checkout for free. And nice touch having afternoon tea. .

Great spot for short break, a very clean, well-maintained, mid-range hotel with friendly service. Amazing location - amongst all the main tourist attractions all within easy walking distance. For this reason though, eating out in restaurants in the area is a little more expensive. The breakfast had a good selection of usual foods as well as regional things (tahini, pomegranate molasses, Turkish cheese, fresh herbs, borek, labneh etc) which was really nice. The service was very friendly and attentive and they were happy to help with plans, travel, advice etc. Complimentary tea and snacks in afternoon was appreciated.. The room was occasionally a little noisy as the doors shut very heavily and the street is right outside. However this did not realy disrupt sleep in the middle of the night, only at beginning/end when people moving around. The beds were very comfy and there are blackout curtains and air con so sleep is comfortable. The pool in the spa downstairs was a little on the cold side, but the sauna was good. I don't think the steam room was running when we were there and there was nobody about to ask to switch it on..

Great experience. The hotel room was clean and beautiful. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked that they served coffee like lattes and cappuccinos. I will definitely come back if I visit Istanbul again. It was also a great place to stay with my 5-year-old son.. .
