Best Location. I have been coming to the Paris Open since 2018 and have stayed at the Pullman Bercy Centre each year. Comfortable rooms. Staff - especially in the bar and at breakfast - is friendly, welcoming, and fun. Location cannot be better. Bercy Village is 2 minute walk and the Metro 14 is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommend.. .

The front desk was disaster.The blocade in my credit should be released at the time of checkout but the front desk can nıt make it for 2 hours and want me to solve the problem by e mail.The 250 euro is still in the provision in my credit card.the first room they give us was not ready (dirty) and we had to go back to reception and change with a new room..
