Hotel that has seen better days. Needs investment and better management.. Comfy beds and location next to the metro.. What has happened to Ibis? They used to be a good chain of hotels. The rooms are dated, shabby and gloomy, we had to change room as the toilet didn't flush properly in the first one, but no heating in the second. Went for breakfast at 9am, despite there being few guests and plenty of staff, there was not much food left and no cutlery, bowls or proper cups. Paper cups provided were too small for the coffee issued by the machine. One of our group received a snide comment from a staff member who obviously didn't realise we were French speakers, and for something that they had nothing to do with (leaving a door open on a cupboard in the breakfast room). Expensive for the service and quality even if the location was ok. Only 1 lift working which meant a lot of waiting. However the beds were comfy.... 15-20 years ago Ibis was a good hotel and you could be confident of a certain quality everywhere. It seems not any more, what a shame..

Very good. Nice location with good public transport access and good restaurants nearby, large rooms. rooms have only one power outlet, rooms are a bit old.

A quiet hotel which meets all our needs.. The hotel is very easily reached by metro line 5. Also, it is very close to the trails along the recreational canal which can be used for running or for walking all the way to downtown Paris. There is free storage of your luggage, so we could go to Paris after checking out and pick our bags in the evening. The receptionists are very friendly and engaging in assisting people. (They are responsible for making coffee for people in the lobby cafe in addition to their work at the reception). The bed lamps did not work. There were only 4 hangers. There was only 1 chair..
