Excellent short stay. Excellent position, close to the train station and the metro. Amazing cafes in the neighbourhood. The staff was always kind and polite, making sure our stay was comfortable.. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain, not because the shower itself but probably because of the general waste pipe system. The noise insulation from other rooms could be better, I was awaken by the neighbour's tv..

Nice clean hotel. Everything was nice there but I was confused to hear that i have to pay 22 euros for the breakfast (which even wasn’t good) it’s the most expensive breakfast at the hotel I have ever had and it wasn’t worth it at all.
Also I had 2 shampoos in the shower but 0 shower gels.. .

Beautiful, high end hotel - without the high end price. This is a beautiful property and I think it's a great value considering how nice it. The room is huge and really well laid out. It has great lighting, lots of places to put your things and we even had a couch. The bed is very comfortable. The only issue was that the room was very stuffy and warm, even after turning down the heat. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the main Sants train station and there are metro stops down the street (it's in a very nice local neighborhood). The staff was very helpful. At 4:15 am during an enormous rain storm, they went out of their way to help us - and even went out in the storm with giant umbrellas to help us to the taxi (sorry I don't have their names).. .

Proximity to different attractions. This hotel is situated very close to the Barcelona Sans station within 8 mins of walk. The rooms are standard and breakfast buffet is okay for a short stay.. .

Extremely efficient business hotel in Barcelona. Extremely efficient business hotel in all senses of the term. The staff were super helpful, the online check-in and room selection procedure was amazing, the breakfast was perfect for a business day, the location is 5 minutes from two metro stations, making it an extremely convenient place to stay for meetings anywhere in the city, check-out was quick and smooth. The room was super clean, and I did not need any further cleaning services during the 3 nights I stayed. This also allowed me to get a free-drink coupon as a green initiative -- loved it! Overall, an excellent experience. Will stay here once again if I visit Barcelona for work, and will also recommend to everyone else visiting the city for business.. The free WiFi in the room could be a little better, in my opinion. I did not try the paid WiFi though. Same for mobile reception, I think it was a little off in my room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant starts at 8 pm, slightly late than what I am used to, but I think it is as per the custom of the city. There are plenty of food joints near the hotel anyway, if you want a quick bite at other times. Overall, just nitpicking, no specific complaints. Loved my stay..
