Gunes Hotel Istambul. Not recommended. This hotel does not deserve the qualification of four stars. It is three stars, far from the city center. It is not clean. We have been located in the smoke zone with an awful smell. Meals aren't good. The last day when we left the recepction asked for us to pay extra money for drinks we haven't drunk. The treatment towards clients was inappropiate.

Pleasant. was good. when i got there at 01.30 in the morning i had to carry my own luggage to my room as there was nobody to help. I don’t expect that from a 4 star hotel..
