. This is a decent hotel within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and most helpful and the beds were comfortable and all was clean. Very close to the hotel is a lovely bakery and we stopped for lattes and fresh pastries every morning. We took tours and though this hotel was not on the list of free pick-up hotels, we were always picked up from the lobby. If you want a good basic hotel, this is a great choice.. .

Good stay. Four nights, mid week. Two lovely reception people... very friendly and professional... not so much the older man on day one. Support staff very polite. Daily cleaning was very good... special touches! Modern shower room, lots of hot water, ample storage, comfy and clean bed. Aircon good. Carpet a little grubby. Sound proof not great.. .

. The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. There was maintenance going on throughout the hallways which was loud in the early mornings. Our room was on the top floor with no lift but we were happy to make that compromise for a much bigger room! Overall a great stay and I would stay again.. .

Great location, but negatives far outweigh ever staying there again or recommending it. The advertising photos are very deceptiv. Firstly our accommodation was not connected to the reception office or main hotel, 100 meters walk. Old building but kind of charming until we saw the "lift". It was the size of a small phone box, lucky to fit 2 people in it. The lift looked unsafe, ancient & if both doors aren't manually closed by the last user, it doesn't work, which happened often. We were on the 5th floor, 106 steps, we are both in our 60s so this was a major issue. . .

Good location but room quality a let down. Great location. Staff helpful. But the rooms need some TLC. Clean but need some money spending on them. Rooftop terrace not available all the time only for people who have breakfast. Phone in room did not work so had to ring from mobile main number. Wouldn’t say it was 24 hour concierge service.
Wouldn’t recommend for people with walking difficulties as some rooms are not at main sight. We had to walk around 100metres down a cobbled street with luggage. Although door men/women were very helpful and friendly.. .

. Overall the trevi hotel was an excellent stay with kind staff. The coffee maker was broken and only put out coffee grounds. There was a half drank juice in the mini bar which wasn’t great but the location was perfect the room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. We will stay there again!. .

Mind the Step. This Hotel is centrally located just five minutes from the Spanish Steps and ten minutes from the Trevi Fountain.
It’s a s close to a boutique hotel, in that the rooms are compact and you might need a map to get to yours, as it’s like a couple of buildings sewn together.
You go up three steps to go down two.
Mind the step signs could be bigger 😆.
One downside: no coffee facilities in the room, which is disappointing as I need a caffeine kick first thing the morning.
The breakfast is good value and the torta is in abundance.. .
