Nice stay. Very good location, close by some sightseeings of Rome, like Fontana di Trevi and Patheon (within walking range). Also close to the Barberini metro station, which makes access really good.
The room I got was small (single person) but good enough for my short trip. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a good experience there!

Run Away!. The hospitality from the beginning started horribly. The front desk would not start any check in until we emailed them our vouchers if we hadn’t printed them. A nice full flight of stairs to enter and leave the hotel w no one to assist with luggage. The biggest issue was giving us lofted rooms with narrow, steep stairs and absolutely zero closets, shelves or counters to put any luggage, clothing, etc…. The only saving grace from leaving the hotel entirely was a nice front desk evening lady found us a one story/floor room with a few shelves. Daily housekeeping was also terrible and felt worse than we left it for the day (nothing felt or looked clean).
I have never reviewed a hotel or resort good or bad in my 30 years of extensive travels but felt impelled to worn further traveler from the United States.. .

. Hotellissa oli käynnissä saneeraustyöt. Ne eivät muuten haitanneet, mutta aamiaishuone oli pois käytöstä. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin aulassa. Aamiainen oli vaatimaton. Käytössä ei ollut lämpölevyjä lämpöisille ruoille, eikä kylmää kylmille, joka hieman häiritsi kokemusta. Standard huone oli pieni ja kokolattiamatto ollut vaihdon tarpeessa jo jonkin aikaa. Pistorasioita huoneessa oli vain kaksi. Toinen kylpyhuoneessa ja toinen heti sisään tullessa ovensuussa. Ilmastointi olisi voinut olla hieman tehokkaampi, mutta riitti kyllä. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Metro lähellä ja nähtävyyksille kävelymatka. Henkilökunta oli loistavaa.. .

Nice but room needs attention. The customer service and location was fantastic.
The room was clean and spacious and a balcony with a great view.
Downside was only 1 power point worked in the whole room.
Breakfast is terrible, it was buffet and food looked like it had been laying there for days. Bread was dry and not fresh, nothing looked fresh. Yogurt was warm. There are lots of lovely cafes nearby for breakfast.
I would stay here again if the power points all worked but I wouldn’t pay for breakfast again.. .

Amazing. Went with my family, we stayed in both suites, very gorgeous rooms and spacious. One of the rooms included a private Balcony. Very grateful and loved our experience. The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood in downtown Rome. The staff was very kind and helpful.. .
