Great value, good location and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient as it’s near a metro station. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood with a flea market on the weekend as well as a range of excellent bakeries and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and all had excellent English which was wonderful as my French is not good! Very comfortable bed and good value breakfast . .

The photos in this review don’t do it justice as I didn’t put the room on because the photo had people in it…… we had multiple rooms which were all great.
Rooms are small (but not tiny) as is the elevator - but that is pretty usual for Europe.
Would definitely stay again.. Nil..

Good Location for a Multi-day Visit to Paris. Our room was relatively small for two single beds and there was little room for storing suitcases and clothes, but it had all the basics. Good shower. The daily breakfast was generous -- sliced meats, cheeses as well as baguettes and croissants. Good coffee. The desk staff were helpful.
The main attraction of the hotel was its location. It is in easy walking distance to Place de la Nation and the local Picpus metro stop is less than a block away, giving easy access to various metro lines and the east-west RER line. There are several good restaurants in easy walking distance for evening meals.. .

Great hotel in Paris. Lovely hotel on a tree-lined boulevard in the charming XII arrondissement. Steps away from Metro line connecting to CDG airport, Tour Eiffel/train to Versailles, Notre Dame/Louvre. The neighborhood is very pretty, quiet, with plenty of inexpensive places to eat both international and French food. A typical cafe for breakfast only half a block away and a very good family-owned Italian restaurant on the same block. The English-speaking staff is charming and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, quiet, bright, and tastefully decorated.. .

Welcoming and Cozy, Safe and Clean. This hotel has sweet and friendly personnel who are eager to help. I felt like they were concerned with my safety and well-being - you drop your key at the desk when you go out, old-fashioned but somehow comforting. Nobody gets upstairs who isn't supposed to be there, someone is at the front desk 24/7. The rooms are small (by American standards) but clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a place away from the tourist hustle and bustle, this is the best. The metro is convenient - M6 on the corner, Nation a 5 minute walk - you can get anywhere in the city in half an hour or less. I have stayed twice so far.. .
