Good.. It's not a bad place to stay at all. Our room, even though small, was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping locating key spots to visit in Rome. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.. .

Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. The hotel is in a great location to visit all the areas of interest, the metro was so easy to use. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe bars around the hotel. The room was quite spacious, spotlessly clean and very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to return.. I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like.

Very good. good location - walking distance to the main attractions, quiet place, comfortable room, varied and sufficient breakfast. the elevator occasionally did not work, so it was not convenient to climb up and carry suitcases.

Really nice and comfortable stay. The staff were so kind and friendly, very helpful, pretty nice location near the termini area. The room was very spacious and confortable. The shower had a very high step (was uncomfortable for my mom) otherwise everything were fine.

Some rooms very tired. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a recently decorated room for our 1st 2 nights. Room was lovely with a wet room shower behind the bed and lovely bathroom. We then had to move to the other room for our last 2 nights and what a come down. Although very clean it really was very tired. No kettle or glasses to drink from (other room had these) and I would have thought this would be a basic provision. Marks up the walls that probably a wipe would have removed them. Staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fine although room very small. Once you get your bearings it's about a 10 minute walk to the centre. Nice restaurants close by and the hotel just up the street (Marcella Royal) had a lovely roof terrace that you could sit and have drinks in. Loved Rome. Collusemium is a must.. .

Good. The location is fine, the staff was friendly, was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.. The corridors, including the space around the reception, are quite narrow. The elevator was on and off, and this is the problem since the entire hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building.The breakfast was very basic..

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it, especially for its excellent price. Room: The room was spacious, equipped with a refrigerator and minibar. The TV was small, but functional. Breakfast: Minimalistic but sufficient, offering enough variety for a proper and delicious meal. Location: Conveniently situated far enough from the station to avoid the sketchy vibes of Termini, yet close enough for a simple and accessible airport connection without needing a cab.. Room: The room was quiet overall, providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, noise from people passing through the gateway was noticeable and could be disruptive if guests were louder than usual. The room lacked a bit of refinement, with minor issues such as a broken toilet paper holder and other small maintenance concerns..
