Adequate but overpriced for what it is.. Fantastic location. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Beautiful playground across the road which is great for little children.. Overpriced for what it is. Doesn't strike me as a three star hotel, would have thought a two star would be more appropriate. Towels quite old and worn. Light switch had a timer and would automatically turn off every few minutes (could have been 5 minutes). Family room was very small and despite staying two nights, would only recommend it for a night if you didn't need to be there during the day..

Perfect for what we needed, modern environment, friendly staff, good location.. Clean, quiet, in a decent area, friendly and helpful staff. Room was decorated nicely and was clean.. I was surprised at the small size of the room, I know most places in Paris are small but from the photos of the hotel to go from, I expected bigger and with a sort of separate area for my son to sleep. Instead we were all on top of each other. Room was still lovely overall..

Would return: close 2 Gare Du Nord.. Staff was very courteous & helpful.. Room could have been bigger. Interior courtyard view was of another building; depressing..

Peaceful and quiet small hotel.. The layout of the room was amazing and tastefull, big bathroom, not to close to the bed, which is good for a bit privacy. Although i can imagine for elderly people it is a bit hard to get in and out of the bath. The tiles and edges getting a bit dirty and old. Deep cleaning would do wonders. Location is very good, only two stops from Gare de L'est. Amazing restaurants in the neighbourhood, staff is friendly. Overall clean and spacious. Would definitely come again.. Bed and matrasses move around when you want to sit on the bed to watch tv. That's was annoying, needed to getup everytime to push it back against the wall. Some tiles and edges in the bathroom could be cleaner or use a new layer of kit. But again overall good room..

Perfect location to enjoy all of Paris!. Perfect spot to be in, with the metro just a short walk away. Boutique hotel so don’t expect anything big - but there was great customer service from the receptionists. There are a fair few restaurants and boulangeries nearby/within a short walk. Lift is very small and not suitable for wheelchair users. I got in there with two suitcases but my partner had to walk up the stairs.. .

Fine for a One-Night Stay. This was fine for a one-night stay but I wouldn't want to stay here longer. This was the final night of our stay before our flight home. The hotel is centrally located and very reasonable. Our room was clean. But it was very small and the furnishings were nothing to write home about. As there were three of us (a couple and a their teenage kid), the room had a queen bed and a single. The elevator was the tiniest I've ever seen—my son initially brought all three suitcases upstairs on his own. Positives: I found the bed to be very comfortable. The employee at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is located across from Montholon Square, which is quite pretty, and there are a number of restaurants in the area—we tried a Vietnamese place that we enjoyed. And it's a short walk to Gare de Nord. While the room did not have air conditioning, there was a large fan. We found that by opening up the windows just a little and turning on the fan, the room was airy and cool AND the fan nicely drowned out the street noise, which otherwise would have been an issue. We had to leave early in the morning, so didn't try the breakfast.. .

Superb. Good Hotel. Nice location. very clean. Nice breakfast. room is normal but need renovate.. in room, not work safe.
