Wouldnt stay again. Staff were nice and professional and kind issue is with hotel itself. Not as it appears in pictures - we stayed the night as we had paid for it and prices in other places were too high for same say. Wouldnt stay again unfortunately rooms are not comfortable and there was no communal area like pictures seemed to portray decor wasnt very nice and the rooms were very cold, due to single glazed windows staff did give a heater in the end..

comfortable, easy access to train station. Hotel Staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel lobby is under construction, not noted when booking, hotel room was comfortable but needs some updating. tv didn't work, carpet seem old and dirty.

Hotel will be great once renovated to look like the advertised pictures. The location. The hotel is well located for transport and the staff were wonderful. However, the hotel is undergoing massive renovations which aren’t not detailed in the hotel listing. The rooms are not as per the pictures shown, there’s no available bar area, and to access the hotel you need to walk up stairs without lift access which can be a challenge if you have lots of baggage. Until the renovations are complete I’d not recommend..

Great location, would stay again!. We had a smooth and prompt check in process, thanks to Asher. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for someone from reception (Sunday evening shift) who raised the voice to me without listening till the end my query. He was very arrogant and rude! . .
