Spectacular view, comfortable room. Room had balcony overlooking Bosphorus so you could watch the ferries Coming and going. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good Wi-Fi, good aircon, very central location walkable to most of the main sights. Common areas eg bar do not appear to be working A little bit noisy.

Excellent stay. Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had two rooms on the same floor which connected by a small hallway. Very private. The rooms were very nice--comfortable beds, lovely view, and plenty of space. The breakfast was very good with fresh vegetables, an egg dish, variety of cheeses, bread, meat, spreads, etc. Delicious and filling. The hotel is in a great central location for walking to all the sites. It is on a side street that is quiet. The best part of the hotel, for us, was the staff, especially Milad. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We looked forward to his warm greeting everyday. When we got lost trying to find the hotel in our rental car, he came out to meet us in a parking lot at 1am to guide us. He parked our car in an off-site location and retrieved it for us. He carried our luggage and even walked with us to the ferry terminal to make sure we got on the right Bosphorus cruise. He was amazing and went above and beyond. Milad's genuine kindness is what sets this hotel apart and makes it truly exceptional. It is also in the Rick Steves' guidebook as a top pick! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.. .

Excellent staff and view in bustling neighborhood. Please keep in mind that this is in a super touristic and busy part of Istanbul. It’s very close to the metro and tramway which make it ideal in getting around Istanbul. The staff are super helpful and accommodating when you ask for help. Thank you for a wonderful trip!. .

The hotel was really well located. The staff were super friendly. It was busy but quiet location.. The breakfast was generous. The view from our room was excellent. The neighbourhood was perfect for walking to the major sights of Istanbul.. There were stairs up from our door to our bed but they were really no issue for us..

Awesome. The rooms were well cleaned and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was in the center of the Istanbul. Because of the location We were able to use public transportation easily.. .

Excellent chouce if you count to not spend a lot of time at the hotel.. The location is excellent if you like being right in the center of the tourist area. Most things are at walking distance. The room was very confortable.. Turkish welcome is what it is. Breakefast is quite limited. For a few minutes we had no water..

Despite the noise we enjoyed our stay. Excellent very friendly. Maybe sort out the noise during the night Boilers Etc.
