Exceptional. I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to many attractions and transportation options. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Special thanks to Mehmet at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, the room cleaning staff (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) did a wonderful job keeping the room spotless every day.. .

Good location, friendly staff.. Hotel is just a perfect size. Staff are very nice and will help you with everything. Bathroom is big, towels changed every day. Breakfast offer is OK, it is not as diverse in some bigger hotels but this is just enough (there are veggies, fruits, sweets). They have a small spa but we didn't have time to use it. Location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance from Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia etc. Tram line is few minutes away.. Everything was rally fine. Maybe carpet in the room could benefit from some extra cleaning.:).
