The best front desk personnel ever .
Even though the elevator was not working for the first two days and we experienced an electrical failure one night, the kindness and understanding of the very nice front desk personnel and hotel manager made me feel very comfortable there. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul for a vacation. The price, the hotel condition, and the services are excellent. It is close to restaurants and shops (Avcilar Center), and has the best and most helpful front desk personnel. Enjoy your travel! 🙌. .

. Hotel manager Ahmet was extremely courteous and helpful. From the time I checked in he was there to make my stay comfortable and provided me assistance. He also made great recommendations on good Turkish food as well. Will stay again and recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel as well . .

. The hotel has definitely seen better days! It's a shame that the upkeep hasn't been given much importance as the rooms and the bathrooms are a good size plus the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Metrobus and bus stop. If you're only going to be in Istanbul for a couple of days I wouldn't stay here as it takes a good 90 minutes to get to the centre, it wasn't my case so it didn't bother me, just saying. . .

. Pretty disappointed with my stay unfortunately.
Staff were nice, but there were quite a few things wrong. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was greeted by an ashtray.
The light fixture was broken and upon inspection I could see dirt/ash in the light.
The shower attachment was broken, the air-conditioner had not been cleaned in a while and was covered in mold.
The fridge was caked in a block of frost, and it was often noisy inside and out.
In my week there, my room was cleaned only once. I asked about this after 3 days and was told house cleaning must be requested which I thought was a little odd.
Lots of marks on the walls of the room and wall paper was peeling at bits in the room.
