Location was great. . Disappointed that my pyjamas were taken with the washing and were never found or any solution offered. Couldn't check in until 4pm which wasn't ideal after a lot of travelling..

Great Hilltop Ocean Views. Overall happy with our stay here. Spent 2 nights here - the highlights provided below:
- Service was good - after some check-in issues, was glad to have the management team do the right thing for the customer.
- In-room dining was excellent. Prices were not extravagant and food arrived in 20 minutes, hot and as expected.
- Breakfast was above average - when do you ever see a honeycomb at a buffet, after all?
- Pool apparently closes in October which we weren't aware of.
- Room/bath were both good and bathroom includes a bidet and rain showerhead. Bed was two twins pushed together. We found 2-4 English language channels on the TV - mostly news channels. Wifi was solid & balcony was great - even on the top floor you can hear the Ocean.
- A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice to have. We brought one but forgot an extra converter for the plug.
- The train is very close, running right in front of the hotel. The noise wasn't too loud though and they only seemed to come by every 15-20 min during the day and maybe not at all overnight.
- Had to get the safe reset, along with an adjustment to the heating/ac unit but both were attended to quickly by staff.. .

The place to be. Definitely the best choice in Sitges. Amazing people and great hotel. Good location, great staff which provides a very welcoming atmosphere. Bright rooms, comfortable bed and very clean. I do recommend Melia, I’m a guest since 2014 and I keep coming back.. .
