Piece of heaven. I was welcomed by Isa & Nikita, the process of the check-in was less than 5 mins. The hotel is really cozy and the team are friendly. I rented the Deluxe King Room it is lovely room packed with everything you need even earplugs and eye masks to get well sleep at night. The breakfast was basic and simple but they also offers warm meals ( omelet and pancakes ), I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Berkay, the marking manager and had many recommendations to try, he was kind enough to give complimentary Turkish sweets. I would also mention Ms. Nerges, she was delightful and hard worker. The hotel is tiny and would recommend it for couples or solo traveler who are looking for quite places.. Nothing..

Boutique gem with friendly staff. Loooved this hotel! It's so quirky and cute but they've also really put effort into all the little details to make sure you have a comfortable stay and the staff are amazing - so friendly! Everything is impeccably decorated and feels full of character. The breakfast was really amazing quality, much better than I was expecting for a hotel buffet and I loved the area with all its little art galleries and coffee shops. I can't wait to come back!. I didn't have any issues during my stay but my friend had a room near the breakfast area which he found quite noisy so this may be a consideration. Also keep in mind there are steep staircases and a quirky layout which may require going up and down stairs. This wasn't a problem for me but if you have mobility issues it might be. Make sure to request a room with access from the lift if you need it. The staff are also lovely and will help with luggage etc..

We will definitely stay there again on our next visit. It was an excellent value for money.. The location was ideal, situated right next to İstiklal and all public transportation. The neighborhood was excellent, offering a perfect blend of traditional stores alongside modern shops and galleries. The room was warm, spacious, and beautifully decorated, featuring the largest shower and bathroom facilities we had ever seen. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room temperature was comfortably warm, which was especially important as we visited in winter during a period of cold and rain.. Nothing -- everything was perfect..

Great staff, location and amenities. I had a wonderful experience at The Soul Hotel. The staff - especially the lady at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Initially, I was concerned about noise from the lobby, but the staff promptly moved me to a quieter room, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. The amenities in the room were very nice and felt luxurious. The only drawback I couldn’t think of is the TV did not have any channels in English, but that was not an issue for me. The hotel's location was perfect, although hilly, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, including the historic old town. I particularly appreciated the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area, which felt more authentic and less touristy than the old town.. .

Superb. The hotel is amazing. I never saw so much white and perfect sheets. Super clean. The stuff is very nice and ready to help. Rooms are very beautiful and stylish. Elegant. In the room there is really everything that you need. And the breakfast is also amazing. You can order a hot dish just for you. Much better than all other hotels when I was before.. It misses a little bit of sound isolation from the main hall. If someone came very late for check in, you will hear everything. Even if the location is kind of close to Taksim, it's very hard to climb the hill from hotel to metro. With one suitcase I would say impossible. Plus a bit creepy during the night to come if you are a lonely young girl..

Amazing place. Just an amazing boutique hotel! A wonderful place: quiet enough, but very close to tourist spots (Galata Tower, Istiklal Avenue). The room was atmosphere and cozy, it was cleaned every day, it was very clean. The breakfasts are varied, and there are a lot of Turkish sweets. The staff are incredibly kind and pleasant guys, most of them know Russian. We will miss them!. .

Amazing - will definitely return!. Absolutely amazing stay here. The room was lovely, area is great, and all the staff (Nihat especially) were really helpful and kind. There were honestly no faults at all and I’m very glad we managed to find this hotel. Would definitely return here on my next visit to Istanbul.. .
