STOLEN MONEY, LIAR STAFF. I was staying there about four days, the second day housekeeper stole my 150 euro from my room and everyone from receptionist to menager claudio do nothing with my case, they only counting time to my check out and forget about the stole what is stupid and unprofessional. That wasn’t the first case of stolen things i this hotel, so think about other places, when you will want to choose this hotel. .

Very good.. It was near the main city, helpful staffs, Reading librabary by the lounge side.. Language, sometime hard to communicate, why did you charge extra as city tax was confusing..

Very pleasant.. It was very clean, nicely decorated, modern, LOVED the shower. All the staff members were very nice and friendly, except for two of the female ones from the morning schedule. A little smile and friendliness would be appreciated, specially when working in the reception.. We arrived at 10am. In Booking.com they told us they could accommodate us once we were in the premises, but we needed to ask for it once we were in the hotel. The male receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly, and he was whiling to see how could he accommodate and let us in a little earlier. But there was a blond oldish woman, with no uniform who told him, not to do it. So, we had to wait outside until 3pm. after an exhausted long flying hours. Also, a couple of the female receptionists seemed not to be happy working there, and they showed it on their faces and on their unfriendliness. The rest of the employees and receptionists were super nice and helpful..

Very nice hotel. Arrived on the Friday afternoon not expecting to get our room but was happy to find out we could have it straight away.
The front desk was very friendly & informative on places to visit etc couldn't do enough for us.
The room very pleased beds comfy decent pillow , fantastic shower quality plump towels.
Good air con .
Breakfast has a decent selection of hot & cold choices.
Nice decor
Outdoor eating area seems a nice sun trap.
Highly recommended.. .
