Attenti al conto. Alla fine ho chiesto un late checkout (3 ore in più) e chiesto quanto sarebbe costato. Non mi hanno voluto informare dicendo che avrebbero chiesto che fosse gratuito alla direzione. Tuttavia, all’uscita hanno fatto pagare l’80% di un giorno pieno. Non mi è sembrato serio questo atteggiamento. . .

Not really happy.... Hotel was fine but rooms were not properly clean.the first day was ok but other days you would see staff on the floor for previous days.i even wrote that they must clean the floor. Bathroom They will enjoy the bin and wipe the floor if there's empties of shampoo or what so ever they will leave it there.if you left a cupboard open in the morning you will find it in the evening opened till you come back. Food Breakfast They will give a plate with cold breakfast that you can see it's yesterday's but it was on the fridge.they choose on what you eat sometimes. .

Sehr zu empfehlen alles Top.. Sehr schönes Hotel, mit einer top Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Große Auswahl an Frühstück und sehr zentral gelegen. Würde wir jedem weiter empfehlen, einfach Top.. .

Don't waste your time.. Honestly there are so many places to stay in Istanbul, please don't feel like you need to pick this one. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation. They said they would have to see if there was a room available. We ended up waiting for 2 hours until someone checked out and they were able to get the room ready. I would have left except that the reservation was non-refundable and they has my credit card info. When we FINALLY got a room, it stunk of smoke. I tried to open the window and it fell on me. Other than that, everything was fine, but the above mentioned is enough for me not to recommend this dump. Beautiful city, stay somewhere else!. .

Sehr nettes Hotel Personal in Top Lage!. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich ! Die Lage ist Top direkt an der Tram Haltestelle gegenüber der Grand Basar! Das Bad war schmutzig ! Auf dem Matratzenschoner waren ältere Blutflecken! Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend! Die Lobby war schön eingerichtet . .

. Ein sehr schönes Stadthotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Frühstück mit sehr leckerem Kaffee. Habe wieder gebucht. Werde dort Stammgast werden. . .

. I booked one week double room in this hotel, when we arrived at about 11:30 am at the hotel, it was completely full and we had to wait till 2 pm Then we were offered a very small room, it was small even for a single room. Then after long wait and complain we were offered a second room and again terribly small. The third room was good but two single beds joined together. Later on everything seemed much better and the staff were very helpful and we had great time. The room even had a small balcony and only couple mins walk from the tram.. .

İstanbul... . Otel sahibinden tutun çalışanların tümü hepside oldukça kaliteli özverili ve saygılı insanlardı, temizlik konfor dizayn konum kahvaltı hizmet hepsi mükemmeldi gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz kesinlikle tavsiye ederim... . .
