. This hotel is excellent. It is conveniently located near the best avenues and metro stations, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff is very friendly, and I would like to publicly thank the lady who serves breakfast. She is always smiling and eager to help.
We did encounter one issue during our stay; however, we were offered the option to move to another room. Unfortunately, due to our schedule, that wasn't feasible for us. We ended up staying in the same room the entire time, but honestly, this issue does not detract from our overall experience at the hotel. Our stay was great, and we plan to return on our next trip to Paris—just a heads up to avoid room 200! Hahaha.. .

Great value for money in the heat of Paris.. Had a wonderful short stay at the hotel. Through booking and check -in process staff was warm, efficient and hospitable. The hotel is so conveniently located near Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, fine restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this well run establishment.. .

Excellent Service. The staff was more then helpful, they anticipated our needs. First the luggage, not only held until check in, but then put in our room when it was ready. They called the room when they realized I was checking out on a day that I couldn't get a taxi to the hotel and offered assistance to minimize the disruption. Room was spacious, for a European hotel, and the location was excellent. Much closer to the Arc de Triumph and metro then I thought.. .

Family trip. Great location. Hotel very clean. Rooms are a bit small but family suite worked just fine (shared the larger bathroom). Angie was delightful and always willing to help/answer questions. She was lovely and easy to talk to. Overall experience.. .

Top Paris Location. Outstanding hotel in prime location. It was central to walk to most sights. The service was great especially the lady who always laughed and joked with us. The room was a bit tight, however it was not uncomfortable. The shower was in the bath and I prefer stand alone showers but it was ok. There was nice balcony to our room. Will definitely be coming back.. .
