perfect location, very nice neighborhood, comfortable bed, although small room. Location is perfect for touristσ. Almost all the momentums are close enough about 10-20' walk. A metro stop was very close and also souvenir shops. Ιt is close to the Egyptian Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is very beautiful with several shops around for coffee and food.. the staff at the reception were slightly distant and very formal, they barely smiled at us once. The toilet door didn't close properly. Our TV didn't work but they replaced it immediately.

Very disapointed. Very disapointed by the quality of this hotel. At first glance, it looked pretty nice and the location is good to visit the historical center... but then we had many bad surprises : 1) there was a lot of dust under our bed, it was disgusting. So we asked then to clean it but we had to ask 3 times until they do something and in the end they didn't even clean it but pushed it to the other side of the bed ... 2) they pretend to be an international style hotel but the personnel doesn't speak english ... and is not very friendly. Some don't even say hello 3) there was no hand soap in our bathroon and never got some even after after asking 4) in the pictures, you expect to have large top bed sheets but they only put small bed sheets not soft at all. We had to ask every day to have additional sheets 5) they gave us bath towels which were ripped 6) the Spa looked nice in picture but the experience was very different ... 7) we had wine glasses in our room which were dirty with lipstick on them .... .

Pleasant. Breakfast was great. The room was slightly noisy as the staircase landings to the restaurant was outside our door..

Disappointed! Completely ruined my vacation!. Where do I start?! Let me make this easy for everyone, this is NOT 4 star hotel, i would give it 2 stars max! This hotel is the biggest letdown of my whole vacation. The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My advice is book somewhere else and before you book, check reviews on other websites as Booking.com is not honest and only posts good reviews about a hotel. Bad Points - Booked a spacious Superior Triple Room with a sofa. I was given a tiny shoe box size room with large bed and a single folding bed with no sofa. No space to even walk! I was told that there is nothing they can do! Completely unacceptable! - Bathroom needs a complete refit - The walls are soo thin, you will hear other guests talking and playing extremely loud music and slamming doors, several times I had to knock on other rooms to put the music down because it’s 8am! - The house keeping staff where also playing loud music when cleaning the rooms, I had to tell them to turn the music down because it woke me up. Soo unprofessional and zero respect for guests with Do NOT disturb signs on doors! It’s like they were at home! - I booked this hotel specifically for the spa and pool, I didn’t bother using it because the whole area stunk of chlorine and water was dirty, I could see things floating on the surface of the water, absolutely disgusting! - Breakfast room was soo small that there was people queuing up to get a table, breakfast was very boring and basic, not even the orange juicy was fresh, cordial orange juicy, seriously! I had breakfast once and didn’t bother waking up for it, instead chose to have breakfast out in a café. Good points - Very good location - Reception staff were friendly and helpful - Bed was nice and comfortable. .
