The hotel should be a 3 star rather than a 4 star. It was close to the centre of Istanbul. I was originally told that the breakfast was included which it wasn’t. I tried to control the air conditioning to make it cooler and I was told it’s centrally controlled and as the weather was still not hot, I cant control it. The hand wash was finished and no one came to fill it up. On the last day I ask about the SPA and they said its close due to Ramadan. With all due respect to muslims but that’s ridiculous. Not every traveller is muslim and gets involved in Ramadan..
