Wonderful and convenient. 5 min from Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace plus lots of restaurants. Beautiful room. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Most of all warm and welcoming staff everywhere who helped with transport to and from the airport and restaurant recommendations. And lots of tea. We would stay there again!. .

DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER. My fiancée said: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. Need I say more?
Let's start with the owner/manager Fizal. Very kind person who must have written the book on service. Whole new level. Runs the place as family owned. Serves you tea and cake when you come in. Sets up drivers and has you escorted or driven to the best restaurants and shops.
Just look at the pictures. Stunning inside and out.
And a stone's throw from core of the main attractions and very quaint downtown. Ideal location.
The very heart of Istanbul.
And his staff treated us genuinely like family. Every one of them. The chef has 40 years experience.
Price was completely equitable.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better.. .

Perfect stay !!. Great stay. Super hotel. Amazingly placed in the city. At the entrance of the palace. Great, bad, great Sleep great shower, and great breakfast with Rambo the sweetest man ever. Let him take care of you. You will be amazed.. Everything was perfect. Will certainly be back again..

Experience RAMAZAN's hospitality!. Good location, friendly staff, great view from the terrace esp.
Top it all, RAMAZAN - our super friendly host for breakfast on the terrace was five star!
We loved him and would go back just for him.
BTW, one not so great thing was A/C was not cooling properly. Needs to be recharged.
