Not A 5 Stars Hotel for sure.. Location is very good, close to Metro and shopping malls.. It is not a 5 stars hotel by any means.
The lobby, the room, the breakfast are not 5 star quality. I have stayed in other 5 stars and this is one of very low end level..

Perfect. Very clean and quiet hotel with a great location right next to the metro. Perfect for an overnight stay, especially if you’re heading to the airport—the metro goes directly there. The breakfast was generous, and the staff were very attentive. Solid Wi-Fi connection too. Great sleep because it’s quiet and comfortable.. .

For me especially being away from home, the friendly professional service was just lovely. All staff greet you with a smile and simply cannot do enough to make your stay super comfortable. The rooms are wonderful. Sengul the lady who cleaned our room (802) was an absolute angel. The room was cleaned top to bottom every day!!! The bathroom was spotless and smelled divine! Honestly I cannot fault it. Room service swift, food yummy and hot. Everyday someone asks you if you are comfortable and can they do anything for you. It’s a service we don’t get very often in England and very much appreciated. Thank you 🙏. .
