Exceptional. Very nice view of Istanbul. The hotel is old, historical, high ceilings, beautiful decoration. The staff is very good. The heater was not working on the first day, we informed the hotel manager about the issue and he solved the problem immediately. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the towels were changed every day, our room was cleaned. We are thinking of coming back in the summer.. .
