Ordinary Paris hotel but located close to the Eiffel Tower. The price charged for staying st this hotel is high as it is located close to the Eiffel Tower and it is during the New Year period. The room is larger than is normal for Paris, very clean, no restaurant or bar, but it is located in a street full of bistros. brasseries and Asian cuisine. Very quiet at night despite the traffic outside and the staff are exemplary, always ready to help. There is also a Metro station just across the road . .

STOLEN JEWELRY. My jewelry was STOLEN at this hotel! On the last day of our stay, our wedding gold bands, Swarovski bracelet & earrings, and a pair of gold earrings were stolen while we were out! I had packed the jewelry but didn’t get a chance to wear it in Paris because we were so busy, always going somewhere from morning until late at night. So, except for the wedding bands, the jewelry was kept in a jewelry box, untouched by me, inside my makeup bag (out of sight!). On the morning of our last day, our fingers were swollen, so we left the wedding bands in the same bag, zipped up and again, out of sight. When I got home and unpacked, I opened the jewelry box, and to my surprise, it was empty. My gold wedding bands were also missing! I immediately contacted the hotel, but over the following days, I received nothing but excuses and lies, such as, “The cleaning staff has worked here for over 20 years and would never do such a thing,” or “Maybe the airport staff took them.” If you read older reviews, you’ll see they gave the same excuses to everyone who was robbed there! I wish I had read them before booking! It’s very clear that the cleaning staff went through my things in search of something valuable! The jewelry box couldn’t have opened on its own, and since I didn’t use the items, it never even crossed my mind that they could be missing! The value of my jewelry was around 1,000€, but beyond the money, it was very meaningful to me because it was the jewelry I wore on my wedding day. Absolutely do not stay here if you don’t want to risk being robbed!. .

Normal. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, which made our stay enjoyable.. One day before my arrival, they sent me an email informing me that the room with a view of the tower was more expensive, even though I had already paid for a room with a view of the tower based on the images they themselves had posted. This seems like misleading advertising to me. In the end, the view was only of a small part of the tower, nothing like the photos they had shown me, and the breakfast was regular..

Great hotel 👍. Thank you so much to the hotel staff, because of you our stay in Paris was wonderful. I would especially like to say thank you to Samuel and Elmira, you guys are the best 🔥🔥 The hotel is great, the breakfasts were delicious 👍 We will definitely come back to you more than once 😉. .

Good. Room was good and well maintained. From location perspective it is really nice as just few meters from metro station. Didn't had breakfast.. .

Great location, great personal, great breakfast, and great room. The location was near the metro and the Eiffel tower. .
