Will stay there again! Great service and comfort!. Great location near the market, restaurants, public transport, the river. Staff was very helpful! Room was super clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The coffee machine is top notch!. The only flaw is the noise at night. There are nightclubs across the street & noisy clubbers outside them. However, the terrace sliding doors are thick and the hotel provides earplugs so it is manageable. Also some rooms are on the back if they are available. Would definitely stay here again!.

Nice place but some setbacks. This place could have been absolutely great... the positives: central location and still quiet, nicely sized room, good WIFI, good value for money (at least in January), 15 mins walking distance from Trastevere train station.. 1. I forgot my high-quality cotton nightgown in the room. I immediately contacted the hotel but I felt that they didn't make an effort to find it. I escalated the case but to no avail. I understand that it is my responsibility but I feel that the hotel could at the very least have shown more empathy.
2. I came to Rome to work and had several online meetings to attend. On 28 January the hotel held a 4-hour fire drill in the middle of the working day. Naturally I had to leave the room and had to find another place in order to attend my meetings online. This was a huge problem and the hotel staff did not offer any viable alternatives.
3. The code system to enter the building and the room is somewhat inconvenient for those of us with bad eyesight - it was impossible to tap the numbers on the pin pad without putting on my glasses. So please bring back key cards!.

Perfect place to stay in Rome, amazing value. Everything was perfect -- the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They let us check in very early to our room because it happened to be available, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. Would highly recommend.. .
