Exceptional. good location. all negative comments are true. This is a bar. The entrance is for the bar on the first floor. Good location, low price, breakfast is minimal and it is not recommended to have breakfast. Breakfast is in the bar and the employee cleans while you eat. The price of a room is like staying in a hostel. For this price you get the maximum. Big room, good location. bar very close to your room. .

Passable. The location near istikal street is the plus. The Irish pub at the groundfloor. You will basically have to cross a pub to go to the elevator and access your room..

Horrible Hotel and exceptionally horrible staff.. The hotel was located in a busy strip that was walking distance from a lot. But it wasnt worth it because it was super noisy and we had music from their bar until 2 am.. The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. The music from their bar downstairs played until 2 am and you could hear it in the room. Many of the facilities like the wifi, the shower drain etc were not working and even when they changed our room they still didn't work and the toilet was broken as well as the shower in the new room. The woman at the check-in desk was extremely rude and intentionally marked us as a no show at the end of our trip because she knew they would get a bad review, this made it next to impossible to leave an honest review and we had to contact booking .com directly to make a complaint..
