If hotels are homes away from home, this hotel would do well to remember, ‘Love thy neighbour’. Convenient location.. - I witnessed the most heartless behaviour from the hotel management at the check-in desk. A couple had accidentally made their booking (that morning) for exactly one month in advance. Plenty of available rooms at the hotel but the management were strident and incompassionate in their attitude: would not offer to change the booking dates, would not offer a discount, would not offer a room out of goodwill. They held rigidly to the letter of the law in the booking terms, which is their right, but the end result is that the couple were out of pocket for three nights that they would not use in the next month and left to find another hotel on the street. Even my advocacy for the couple, and request to pay their booking was met with negativity and disdain. The staff on the reception desk seemed willing to help, but were unhelpfully prevented from doing so by the attitude of the management.
- Rooms have no windows that open. It is a closed box. Everything is controlled by HVAC system that is not powerful enough, especially at daytime, to cool/ventilate the room..

Wonderful stay in a comfortable room! Can't wait to go back!. The hotel is located within the Barcelona Sants train station making catching a connecting train easy! The facilities were spotless and the room was great. Three pillows of varying types allowed us a comfortable sleep and fresh bottles of water were provided each day. Our highlight was meeting Adria who took care of some printing needs that we had. He was personable, kind and has a natural ability to make friends. Muy simpatico!!!. Nothing!.

great hotel, on top of the station. Hard to navigate the busy station!. Good service, great breakfast, large room. All good. Gym there which I should have used. Liked the spacious feel of the place.. .

Don't recommend for big business events. Slow check-in, poor staff, terrible food. Random noise at night in the rooms. We pay for coffee and snacks prior to meetings, but in between meetings, the staff have taken the coffee pods away and turned the machines off.. .

Surrounding neighborhoods not the best. For first time visitors exploring Barcelona, not a good main hub. But if travel. Easy access from main train station & lots of taxis. Expensive but excellent location for Train Station and Airport Links. Location for the Train Station is amazing. And great links to the airport. VERY cool design and concept. Great breakfast, but expensive.. Overall a bit too expensive. Check in is very busy takes too long and feels like lining up at a British Post Office.... NEXT! There is no dedicated Check Out line..
