Great location. Great location, literally the road at the top of the Spanish Steps, close to metro and walkable to some attractions. Clean and friendly staff with good breakfast including coffee, bread and croissants if required. Shower gel and shampoo provided.. .

Enjoyed stay ! Great location. Property was excellent location, the only surprise was the ac was not on for this time of year. Weather was cool so we luck out. Room was advertised as having ac and that should be explained better than we have can’t not on this time of year.. .

A pleasant stay…. The location was very good! The room, although tiny, it was very well organised and it was very clean. Very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and very polite!. The noise coming from the street..

Lovely staff, highly recommend.. Great location near Spanish steps, metro line accessible making it only 15 mins to get to termini, the main hub for airport transfers. Super clean, private, comfortable and lovely staff.. N/A.

Great location for exploring the city. Perfectly situated right next to the Spanish steps and well connected to other parts of the city by the a near by metro. Very clean bathrooms!. Beds are more on the hard side and the pillows a bit worn out. Breakfast was not a buffet style, but you could order what you’d like to eat from a list. There was a surcharge for eggs and the bread was not very fresh..
