. We had an excellent stay here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and gave us somr local information straight away. The buffet breakfast is in an area with large windows and a great view. We sometimes went up there to get work done during the day. The hotel was generally lovely. The gym could do with some updating though. The hotel is well located and you can walk to most places for food options. It is also a short walk to the port, ferry stop, and tram stop. . .

. The hotel staff met us at the street where our driver was able to drop us off. They assisted with getting us & our luggage to the hotel. Beautiful room & hotel! Such a great location in Karakoy, near bridge to the Old Town. . .

. The Hotel is in a very centric area near all the interesting and beautiful landmarks. Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. We had a great stay ! Thankyou for the kindness and having breakfast ready to go for us since we were leaving early ( prior to Breakfast hours )staff had a to go bag for our family member. You guys are awesome!. .

. We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Staff was amazing, went above and beyond. Location was great. We'd definitely stay again. (Bed in 2101 is hard as a rock, pick any other room). .
