Value for money. Good stay.. Excellent break fast. clean room but quite insufficient for family. ALthough its a budget hotel. Toilet is small but compact.. At the area of commode and bidet , there is no sufficient drainage system to clear water. We had to face backflow of water from toilet floor . It should be checked. Overall everything good..

Great stay. Great staff. Good rooms and breakfast.. Just a little time that it takes to reach city centre. With heavy bags it's impossible to travel thru metro. Cab is the only option but expensive..

Disappointment. Breakfast was decent but with very small variety of products. The room was very clean.. Location of the hotel was 400 metres away from a central highway on a downhill road where there was no traffic and at night it was scary to walk. Room was not in the hotel but in the first floor of an ...industrial building close by.
Windows were located high and the only view was the opposite industrial building (see picture)....
THERE WAS NO MENTIONING OF AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN THE BOOKING. I BOOKED AT A HOTEL!!!!

The kid's bed had no side safety locks (as many hotels offer) for kids and fell off the bed one night.
There was no snack bar in the room -however there was a kitchenette with a small refrigerator- which we needed for the child's milk. To our surprise the hotel staff locked the kitchenette door the night before we leave stating that we had NO RIGHT TO USE IT (!!!) You can see the lock on top of the picture. We had to beg them to take the milk out which went sour by the morning. The snack bar was clearly mentioned on the reservation.
On top of all we have notified the staff that we will leaving at 6:00 am and they assured us that the room's card key would open the external door to the road. However in the morning the card DIDN'T OPEN THE DOOR and thankfully a couple of workers of an near by company that were exiting the area at the time helped us leave..
