Wonderful staff, lovely and well located Hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, attentive, gentle. We stayed for 22 days and we loved the location, the friendliness, the courtesy. We feel completely welcomed. Merci Sofien, Boris et les autres messieurs. One "marché" is in front to the hotel some days, you could buy fruits, clothes and other charming products. Monoprix is near, you have boulangeries, and the metro station is in the corner. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and beautiful.. We went in summer, it is necessary that the rooms have air conditioning..

Very good. Great location and good value for money. Room was very hot, had to sleep with windows open. Only a heavy duvet and no top sheet. There is a fan provided but I don't like the noise..

Good. The location was perfect, in quiet pleasant St. Mandé, two metro stops from my place of business, the metro station for line 1, which takes you to the main sights of Paris, almost on the door step. The room was very quiet, the duvet was wider than the queen size bed. I slept very well. The tables in the restaurant were set with white tablecloths, business people dined there at lunchtime. The staff were friendly and attentive.. Breakfast was pretty boring and meagre, every day baguette and croissant, always the same type of sliced cheese and cooked ham, yoghurt in plastic cups and pickled fruit, packaged portions of butter and jam. There was neither fresh fruit and vegetables nor eggs or muesli. Presumably breakfast is not that important in France, but that's a pity in a country of gourmets..

Excellent. Tiny room but very clean. The staff was very kind and breakfast lovely and generous. If you are travelling as a couple I would upgrade the room..

A bit of TLC needed, otherwise fine for a Paris base you only sleep/shower in.. Staff here are lovely, they made us feel welcome. Breakfast was simple but did the job and was nice. Coffee/tea, croissants and jam, baguette, cheese and meat, fruit salad, orange juice (Charged at €8 per person per day). Shower was good, powerful, no issues with temperature. Bathroom overall fine. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, not exactly GhD but again, does the job. Very handy for metro access, less than 30 seconds to station entrance. This is probably the best thing about the place next to the lovely staff.. The pillows need replacing; they are pretty bad. Flat and old, the filling has separated. Also stained if you look underneath the pillowcase. Room can get a little hot at night, this was late May early June so I imagine in the height of summer it would be worse. There is a fan provided in the wardrobe, however, but no A/C. It's quite loud with the window open, so it is not good if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is situated on a main road, there are loud car noises (people in Paris are very fond of using their horns), on Sundays there is a market right outside the window which is noisy if the window is open..
