. Nous avons séjourné 14 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous en sommes très déçues car en effet dès notre arrivée les lits sont inadéquats (1 double et 1 lit d’appoint cassé), alors que l’on avait bien demandé 2 lits simples!! Lits bruyants dans une chambre bruyante près de la salle où il y a plein de machines, des tuyaux…. L’enfer quoi!!! Le personnel nous a dit de rester 3 nuits dans cette chambre pour nous installer dans une autre. L’autre c’était pareil et aucune vue sur la rue !!! Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout et répétitif…. C’était clairement une perte d’argent. Petit point positif quelques personnes de l’hôtel sympa hormis cela vraiment nul. Je ne recommande pas du tout!! A fuir!!!. .

DISGRACE. Bu otele rezervasyon yapmama rağmen başka otele yönlendirildim. Ben neden başka otele gideyim bu otele rezervasyon yaptım deyince "başka şansınız yok" cevabını verdiler. Profesyonellikten uzak anlayışları var. Kesinlikle önermiyorum, paranızla rezil olmayın. . .

The room is not as expected. Small bathroom for a deluxe room. No slippers. They did not change the bed sheet or the pillow covers all my stay.. .

The location is ver convenient, it is close to the tram station and you can walk for 5-7 minutes to Sultan Ahmet and Aya Sofia. I would book the same hotel in my next visit to Istanbul.. .
