Very good. The location, and the welcome of the receptionist Mouhamed very kind and helpful who helped us several times during our stay where we had other problems (loss of documents in a cab ). Large spacious rooms and also the bathroom. Cleanliness can be improved, under the beds was full of dust.

The style and design is nice
The reception tried to be helpful and could only do so much.. The room and hotel smelled of a strong perfume cleaning product, it was choking and hard to breathe, the room was dirty with dust, stains, and mold, the shower had no door, water was hard to regulate, lots of items were rusted and needed repairs, sheets and towels were white with lots of stains and they were very old..

Disappointing. the location. The room was not clean and had a foul smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. We spent 5 days and not once was the bedding changed and the room properly cleaned.

Good location. The location was perfect! Really close to the main tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable.
There was a problem with the room we booked so they upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge.. I asked the receptionist information on how to go to the airport by public transport and he didn't want to explain. I understand they "offer" a taxi to the airport for 50 euros (which I find expensive) and that it is a business, but what I asked was basic information that any hotel would provide to their guests.
