Good location and clean rooms, but tiny spaces. This hotel has a good location, close to public transport. The tram and bus stations are just a short walk away, and some major attractions are only about a 30-minute walk from the hotel.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping does a solid job. Also, the minibar is well stocked, which is always a nice touch.
Breakfast is served on the 7th floor, and it's your standard Turkish hotel breakfast. There’s a good variety, and it’s pretty much what you’d expect for this type of hotel.
The staff? Friendly, helpful, and nice!. Rooms, they’re *small*, really small. Don’t expect any kind of view either, but since my room was on the 6th floor, I could catch a glimpse of Süleymaniye Camii.
The Turkish bath and sauna… don’t get too excited. They advertise it as free, but honestly, it’s not really a perk. The facility is tiny, with no changing rooms, so you have to shuffle over in your robe and bathers from your room. Plus, the staff prioritize paying massage customers, so good luck actually getting to use it when you want..

Last minute getaway, best experience. Loved this hotel! Its very modern and glam! Very clean! Lovely staff - very friendly anytime of the day or night. Cleaning staff were friendly too. Lovely views from restaurant and great food too, lots of options for breakfast! Its close by to shops, restaurants, the metro and mosques! Everything was easily accessible. Very safe too. The reason I stayed at this hotel was because of its spa facility, the ladies are amazing, the hammam is soo worth it!
Cons - and these might seem tedious to some but its just stuff that caught my eye / nose.
- There was a smell coming from bathroom - maybe the drain system?
- One of the hand towels in the bathroom had a mark on it.
- I called ahead of check in to make sure I had a double bed, I was told it would be a king size (perfect) when i got there it was 2 large singles and the guy pushed it together 🙄 just meant that i could only sleep on one side because of the split in the middle.
Would i stay here again? Yes of course - service was really good, hotel is really nice, food was good, i would just specify again what I want for when i get there.

Overall a lovely stay, good location and lovely breakfast! Spa are needs more improvement.. Beautiful and clean entrance, reception staff were friendly.

Lots of choice at breakfast for food! Staff there were helpful in letting us know what was what as there were no labels next to the various food items.. The spa area got very busy very quickly and the staff there didn’t seem quite organised. As part of the stay you could use the sauna and steam room but if it was busy they would ask you to wait or go another day. One of the evenings they had numerous bookings for hamam who also use the same small steam room and sauna facilities and we were asked to wait till they were free which was over an hours wait!
The bathroom in the hotel room often smelled of sewage as the day went on and during the night..

Turkish bath is everything. The hamman was great! I loved the Turkish bath and the massage! This was my first time getting a Turkish bath and I definitely will be getting another soon! Way better than a body scrub! This was everything! The staff was great and it super cute!. .
