Super séjour . J'ai passé une semaine agréable, j'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier Fatih que j'apprécie énormément, le personnel était aimable, la chambre que l'on m'a attribué était très bien avec un balcon donnant sur un beau panorama. J'espère y revenir.. .

konumu çok iyi. fiyat politikasına göre gayet iyi personel çok iyi odalara biraz bakım yaptırılması süper olur. .

Rezalet . İnanılmaz derecede pis bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık,gün içinde 2-3 kere temizlenmesini talep ettik her seferinde temizlikçleri yönlendiriyoruz dediler fakat temizliğe gelen olmadı.Kahvaltıda aşırı kötüydü 2.gün kahvaltı yapamadık ilk gün bulaşıkları müşteriler yıkıyordu o derece vahim durum ….Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum . .

Max 2 stars hotel . Not worth more than 2 stars. Rooms are very small. Very loud, Wall doors and windows are not soundproofed. Breakfast very basic compared to other hotels in Istanbul. The only ok part of my stay is the location of the hotel and the price. . .

. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war ausgewogen, unser Familienzimmer war sauber, die einzige Kritik ist das kleine Renovierungen gemacht werden müssen... Dankeee für die Gastfreundlichkeit.... .

Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul. Spent three nights at this hotel on a recent trip to Istanbul—lovely and friendly staff, great location and was well looked after. Some great local restaurants are just meters away from the hotel. Going up to Taksim is easy jump in a cab. For the old city simply walk to Aksaray and jump on the tram. . .

. I left this hotel after the first night. First off all, the walls were so thin that I woke up 3-4 times that night from the sounds of water in the pipes and people talking in the hallway. The pipes were the worst as whenever someone used the bathroom or shower in another room, there was a sudden screech of water running, about as loud as a vacuum cleaner! It would jolt me awake - very uncomfortable. I might have settled for a different room, except for the hotel's treatment of me and my fiance. First, my fiance came in to help me take my luggage up (he lives nearby and I chose this hotel to be close to him). One of the staff members told him he is not allowed to go up with me AT ALL if he is not a guest and physically pushed him away from my bag! We explained he would not be staying but he made my fiance pay to come up with me and was so rude to us! Later, when I complained to the front desk about this and the water, their response was to gaslight me. They said this was normal protocol (it's not - I've stayed in multiple hotels and this was beyond rude), and suggested that I was sensitive to noise since "no other guest has ever complained about the noise there." I decided to keep my dignity and left 15 minutes later. Never again will stay here!. .
