Conveniently located at an affordable rate. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and the location is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions we wanted to see; the hotel is walking distance from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc., as well as public transport for visiting places further away.
The hotel has everything you need for your stay if you're there to explore the city, at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend them.. .

highly recommend this hotel to anybody who visit Istanbul. Location is great since it's walking distance to many attractions. Staff was great and they made sure everything we need was available. Perfect choice . Arslan and the other guy are the reasons i would easily book there in the future. They helped us find whatever we were looking for as we stayed in Istanbul, they behaved more than two professional receptionists.
Generally the room was clean every time we were back , high safety, good experience.. .

Unable or unwilling to answer a simple email. Probably an ok Hotel, however I had a number of questions for them, simple stuff like how to I get to you, things like that. Three separate emails over a period of four months none of which were answered. If you are too lazy or incompetent to reply to an email then I wonder what it's like to stay with you? I will never know as in the end was a better option to cancel and stay somewhere where they answered my emais. .

The staff was VERY helpful in providing guidance on getting to the airport by subway.. The staff was extraordinary. The room clean and well-appointed and the rate for 3 nights reasonable.. No complaints..
