It was OK. . The hotel up hill, location is good near by but u need to walk up and down hill, hard with buggy, or heavy bag, or bad weather day,the lift stopped to work they said so we had to change hotel,the breakfast only boil egg, and cheese,everyday,the team so busy on computer to answer u or to fix the problem,rooms r nice finishing,they need to fix the problems. . .

JUST DONT GO. The best thing about this is the location & they had decent breakfast. That's all. Elevator gave out 4 days into stay. A/c was set to LOW ( from their side), tiny rm with sideways walking ONLY & THAT was the triple rm! I dreaded ending the day knowing we had to come back here. Just no.. .

- Bauarbeiten im Hotel um 2 Uhr nachts ich habe mich 3 mal beschwert und sie haben trotzdem weiter gemacht

. The manager and customer service were terrible.
The mattress and the bed were in poor condition. One of the blankets was with two holes. The cleaning was not good. They offered me to change the room on the third day. We did not sleep well on the first night. We did not want to take the chance of not sleeping well again on the second night. We checked
out and they did not reimbursed me. I notify Expedia of all this.

Great hotel . Extremely reasonable price great location and very helpful employees! Comfortable stay next to grand bazaar, 10 minute walk to the mosques and historic centre. Rooms and showers are clean, totally happy with my stay.. .
