A very bad experience. . No fridge (and no information if there is one or not) in the room. I could have lost my medicine, as it needs to be cold. Parking is false. There is no parking. Public parking was also full, and for big SUVs, it was almost impossible to drive inside. Hair in the shower, wood panel broken, bed cloth not clean, staff (late shift at least) not sympathetic. Breakfast is way too expensive. They give you a water bottle. Somehow, the cap was dirty. I guess they fill it with tap water, and maybe they wash it. The air-conditioning wasn't working. You can not turn off the lights from the bed. The main door has to be under the room because you can listen to it anytime it moves. Soundproofing walls? Nah! I seriously could listen to the room next door talking, walking around and using the coffee machine. I wish I could get some kind of compensation for that!.

Great Hotel. Great Location. Friendly no-fuss check in. Thank you Ricky! Room was spacious and clean. Good pressure shower. Good room temperature control. Great location, very close to the subway. Small supermarket nearby. Nothing to fault..

Great location, awesome breakfast… excellent value. Well located hotel, few steps away from Metro line 4 which connects you to Paris’ center and gare du nord and gare de l’Est. Rooms are nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet is awesome with organic and homemade products such as pies, toasts and more. The hotel also has a nice co-working area that allows guests to work during the day without having to stay in their room. Fast internet also makes it easier. Highly recommended!. .

Impeccable. Wonderful hotel with amazing workers Jean-Baptist and Maureen was extremely helpful Amazing breakfast, room was very clean and the bed was comfortable The location is perfect Also there are nice restaurants around Hopefully coming back next year. .

Pleasant. The staff were very helpful and close to metro.. The room was very hot .. no air conditioning because it was not summer season and there was a lot of noise at night..

It's only average not 4 stars standard. Overall was ok, especially the location is good, however the AC is central and despite it was quite hot the staff can't turn it on, at the end we slept with the windows open which was very noisy. In morning the fire alarm went off, when we made it downstairs, alarm turned off, no further explanation given. .

Nice and Cozy!. When we got to our room there was a handwritten note for us, it made us feel welcome and we appreciated all the staff they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!. .

Very friendly and comfortable, I would definitely go back!. The staff is really friendly, I absolutely felt safe. The metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast was super good!. .
