Superb. It is much better than what you pay for. I have not come accross so far (during the busy summer season) a better value for the money. The rooms are good size, nicely furnished, comfortable bed, fully air conditined, privacy curtains, hot and cold water with no issues.
I have also tried the 'horrible' basement room that everybody likes to talk about. Depending on which site you book with, it should provide a decent option for the money. It has all the facilities, the same as all the other rooms but looks gloomy because of the high window and a little smell of mould. If for some reason you are not happy with it, then the staff will offer you alternatives.. Basement coridor was used as a storage..
