Best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. Although the hotel was dated, the customer service made up for it. I have never felt more cared about from a stranger until I met this front desk staff! They were excited to see my family. They were happy to help, give directions, give advisory! I mean it really felt like staying with your favorite grandma or cousin! The hotel is family friendly and accommodating. It is just a few steps away from the metro/tube. It is walking distance from major shopping. When I return to Paris I will stay there again and again. Every staff person I encountered at this hotel was kind friendly respectful knowledgeable and helpful. The cleaning crew was great front desk was great! If you just need a safe space to stay while enjoying Paris, STAY HERE!. .

First time in Paris and the best experience you could imagine!. Amazing helpful service at the front counter! Rooms were clean and easily accessible! Snacks at front counter are free and delicious! When I come back to Paris I will definitely book with them again! Overall experience amazing! Game room downstairs is a blast!. .

Good. Location very near to the metro, room was big. Receptionist avoided talking to us in English and kept talking to our French friend (who was just there to accompany us but not staying with us) about checking in was very weird and unprofessional..
