Greta location and nice front desk staff!. Great locaton, easily accessible (Paris Orly 30mins!) The check-in experience was great—my Diamond status was recognized, and I was warmly greeted. I was offered the breakfast option as a welcome amenity, and they even arranged a late check-out during the check-in process. I requested a quiet, top-floor room, which wasn’t ready for early check-in, but it was available promptly at 3 pm. To my surprise, my request resulted in a 2-3 category upgrade to a Premium room that felt more like a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet, equipped with water, Nespresso pods, slippers, and a bathrobe—amenities I didn’t expect from a Holiday Inn!😅 Breakfast was just okay. The selection was a bit limited, and the staff wasn’t very welcoming. However, during check-out, the front office team was again very friendly and cheerful. Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay ann I can absolutely recommend the hotel!. .

Excellent Stay!. We arrived at noon, and unlike several reviews, we were given our room immediately. Melody helped us. She was warm, helpful, and efficient. I couldn't say that about everyone at the front desk, especially when our key wouldn't open the front door even after ringing the bell (maddening and repeated), uninterested front desk staff took their time to press the button at the desk to open the door while it was sooo cold outside. The room was lovely. Our balcony had a wonderful view of the neighborhood. There was a small hallway w/door in our room so we didn't hear a sound. The room was well equipped and the bathroom was updated with great lighting and shower. The pillows are awful which is too bad. The outlets, switches, and USB ports were excellently placed. Highly Recommended.. .

Great experience. Arrived at about 930pm after travelling on Eurostar. Check inn was swift and easy. Room was excellent. It was the quietest hotel room I have ever stopped in, even though we were overlooking the Main Street. We asked for twin beds which they were but they shoved right together, so we separated them and both days when housekeeping came, they were put together again which made us laugh. We did have breakfast both days as we wanted something substantial to last us all day and it did do that, I thought maybe the hot breakfast could have been hotter, but everything was well presented and clean. The area seems good and I felt safe. It is very close to the metro. Top tip, get into your head which exit you want from Gare de Lyon as everytime we came out somewhere different which was quite a walk, we finally cracked it on the last day. Checkout was good and the reception staff are friendly. I would stop here again.. .

warm, welcoming and topped off a great trip. Location was perfect for us. It allowed easy access to both train and metro. The room was perfect and met our needs. nothing. It met all our needs and nothing fell short.
