Clean hotel. Young staff (college kids with no real life experience) running th hotel.. The staff is too young. No concierge. Lack of knowledge or care about helping visitors to make reservations to restaurants or tour venues.
Suggest hiring mature adults that care.. Please see above.

Disappointed and expected More and Better. Good sized rooms and modern hotel. Lack of English Speaking Staff when we checked in , one counter operational , no bell desk to help in keeping luggage - he was busy doing other non related work . A property like Hilton which receives International guests should ensure that English Speaking and English Understanding staff should be available or it sends a very unprofessional message.

Best Hotel. It's was really nice stay in this hotel. First time in Italy and I choose this hotel. Breakfast was really superb . Next to city centre specially Colosseum and Vatican City. From the hotel I received surprise cake it was delicious . Thanks to Anastasia and Noemi best receptionist. Looking forward to coming again.. .

Ok. Nice interior design. I felt the staff didn't live up to the expectations attached to the brand's name.
The shower had an unpleasant smell.
You only get free wifi if you sign up to become a member.
The location was only practical because I ran a race that started nearby. Otherwise it's the outskirts of Rome and the center is a solid 30 min metro ride..
