. Wir haben trotz des gebuchten 6-Personen-Zimmers ein 5-Personen-Zimmer bekommen. Ein Tausch war erst nach 4 von 6 Tagen möglich. Das aber auch erst nach nervenaufreibender Diskussion.
Die Bettwäsche war zum Teil dreckig und mit Flecken übersehen. Der Boden wurde mit abgestandenem Wasser gewischt, sodass wir den Geruch nicht aushalten konnten und die Reinigungskräfte nicht mehr in das Zimmer gelassen haben. Die Toiletten waren unsauber und unterstes Niveau. Zimmernachbarn hatten Ameisenbefall. Das Frühstück war schrecklich und ungenießbar. Und, und, und,...
Fakt ist dass man das Hotel (wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann) nicht empfehlen kann. Das einzig Positive ist die Lage. Da aber wiederum würde ich das nächste Mal 50 Euro mehr bezahlen und ein Hotel in der Straße buchen welches besser ist.. .
