Huge apartment in Gracia area. Nice modern and clean apartment with lots of space. Located on a busy street but is mostly quiet at nights and 2 bedrooms are located away from the street. Location in Gracia neighborhood is a bit further away from most sights but easy access to many metro stations and bus stops nearby. Staff was helpful to troubleshoot blown fuse quickly.. Thick memory foam beds get a bit sunken in feeling at times. We had noisy neighbours upstairs partying until 2am on a Friday night and you could hear it from our bedroom. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms to ventilate out any bad smells. Staff doesn’t give you options for help getting to airport and only offers higher priced pre arranged transportation. Didn’t get my checkin codes at the promised checkin time and had to wait standing outside building for 30 mins.

Disappointing. Good apartment. We got locked out of the apartment. When someone came to help us, he couldn’t do anything that we hadn’t tried. It took over an hour for someone else to come and let us in. When we complained the next day, they mentioned that we were only locked out for twenty minutes.
Breakfasts were a waste of money..

Clean and comfortable - with a few issues. The apartment was clean and nice and the communication with the reception was ok.. We didn’t have enough blankets for 5 people, and even if we asked them to bring more there must have been some kind of miscommunication, because in the evening when we were about to go to bed we realized that they never did bring any extra blankets even if they promised. Ended up having to call them several times and whatsapp them and eventually some poor guy came riding on his scooter in the middle of the night bringing extra bed sheets to us. We did get a bottle of cava as compensation though, which was nice!
Also the door opening mechanism downstairs was down quite many times during our short stay. The code didn’t work and we couldn’t get in. At least we made some new friends since our neighbors didn’t get in either, and we ended up having some good conversations in the streets waiting for the service to fix the code machine..

Lovely treasure in the heart of Grácia, the best barrio in BCN. Great location, new furniture, warm in winter, near metro and Gràcia services (local market, shops, walking distance to Gaudì houses, plaza Catalunya and Ramblas). Nice terrace and lovely swimming pool.. nice to see even during Xmas time!. Hot water is not always available (but we were 5)..
