A hidden luxury hotel by the Bosphorus. Very sophisticated and undisturbed residence of a famous pasha, has elegance of the ottoman sultan styles. Beautiful and large rooms with a marble bathroom. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and while the exclusivity and tranquility of the hotel exceeded my expectations, there are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement. I encountered some issues with the room service, particularly food taste and varieties, which I believe can be addressed through a stronger focus on promptness and attention to detail in the department. Additionally, I noticed that some of the towels provided in my room appeared to be overused, and it would be beneficial to ensure that guests receive well-maintained towels to uphold the high standards of the hotel. Despite these points of improvement, I would like to reiterate that my overall stay was pleasant, thanks to the exclusive nature of the hotel and its comfortable ambiance.. .
